Research has shown how essential sleep is to a child’s development and I am here to help you ensure that your child gets the sleep it needs. A well-rested child is more curious, energetic, happy, playful and eager to learn. Unfortunately, a lot of parents do not prioritise sleep and make a lot of sacrifices when it comes to sleep. However, the amount of sleep our children get every night and during the day, is as much important as a healthy, balanced diet.
Every child and every family is differnent and it is important to me to gain a full understanding of their situation and concerns and work conform to their parenting styles.
I do not propose a single method because each child is unique and has different needs. Instead, I use a holistic approach to offer you a detailed and personalised plan that meets your individual parenting style and takes into account the needs of your child according to his or her age, stage of development, current routine and your family’s life style.
My experience and education provides me with a broad understanding of the importance of sleep as well as a clear understanding of the best ways in how to implement change.

I will provide you insightful information about why sleep is so important for your child’s well-being. This will motivate you to make changes to your child’s sleep habits.
I will lay out an easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan that allows you to make some choices about the right approach for your child. All children are different, and nobody knows your child better than you do. I encourage you to use your knowledge of your child to customise his or her sleep plan.
I will be there along the way, encouraging you and telling you what to expect. We will be in exchange every day for the duration of the program and work closely together so we can immediately modify the sleep plan if necessary and react on specific circumstances.
